Delivery Information

Telesin delivers to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We work with trusted courier partners to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery times

Greater Cairo (Cairo, Giza, Qalyubia): 1 to 3 business days.
Other governorates: 2 to 5 business days.
Orders are processed on business days (Saturday to Thursday). Orders placed on Friday or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping fees

The shipping fee depends on your governorate and is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Any free-shipping offers that apply will also be shown in your cart.

Payment on delivery

You can pay by cash on delivery (COD) anywhere in Egypt, or pay securely online. All prices and charges are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the delivery appointment. Please make sure the phone number and address on your order are correct so the courier can reach you.

Receiving your order

We recommend inspecting your action-camera accessories on delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please refuse it or contact us the same day so we can resolve it quickly.
